Easy to get to freeway. I liked the hotel! For dinner I visited Xi Le, set only 800 ft away. Comfortable base for a weekend in Hsinchu City.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for my business trip, as it was surrounded by commercial buildings in a business area. The staff provided exceptional service and were always friendly and helpful. The room amenities were top-notch, including the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of facilities and services such as room service, laundry, and a fitness studio. I was impressed with the quality of this place and would highly recommend it.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel had a good breakfast selection and clean rooms. The location, although not ideal, offered easy access to nearby attractions. One advantage was the free WiFi, which made it convenient to stay in touch with family and friends.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, as it is right off the highway exit. It is close to NTHU, the World Expo Taiwan Pavilion, and the Hsin Chu High Tech Park, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

Some staff members may need more training, as there have been instances of lack of attention and assistance at check-in.

We had a fantastic experience at Episode Hsinchu, thanks to the amazing service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. From the spacious and beautiful room to the comfortable bathtub, everything was perfect. The hotel also offered a good selection of American TV channels. Despite the few drawbacks of limited dining options and strange breakfast choices, the overall experience was exceptional. I would highly recommend staying at Jdv By Hyatt hotel in Hsinchu City. The hotel is conveniently located near NTHU, Hsinchu science park and World Expo Taiwan Pavilion. Despite being located close to the highway, there was no bothersome noise reported. the spacious rooms are equipped with electronic curtains, comfortable mattresses, and a shower toilet. the gym was equipped with individual TV screens, complete weight training system including running, biking and eclipse machines. Breakfast offered a varied selection. the hotel was both clean and modern, with a mixed modern retro style decoration, reading saloon, bar lounge, and roof top garden.

One guest reported an issue with TV channels stuck on one, but not a problem as they did not watch much television.

The hotel offered us a warm welcome and two complimentary drinks upon arrival. The location of the hotel is great as it is situated near the city center. We enjoyed the shopping and dining options available around the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide range of dishes to choose from.

The room had a musty smell, despite it being clean. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were too soft for our liking.
